20640retro blogsOh yes, longtime fan. I never got into the forums there (even less activity than RD or RJ) but the obituary that Syd wrote for Hacker was great. I can empathize with the lack of new content there as I feel like I have run out of things to write about, myself.
I think Seanbaby is the site I was thinking of that wasn't sydlexia.

I also like X-E/DD and I-mockery. I didn't know I-mockery made games though. That's neat. For some reason I never went to their page directly. I'll have to change that. I've always found their articles when looking for info about a specific video game. Speaking of which, VGJunk is another good one.

I'll have a look at those other sites.
shakin steakMay 14, 2015View

20638Harry Shearer is not voicing Mr. Burns and Ned Flanders from The Simpsons anymore!don't forget principal skinner. I wonder how they'll handle a plot with homer no longer having to deal with the neighbor that he's known to make fun of. either way I don't have much to say, except that this could be the reason why fox suddenly ceased to release any more of the seasons on dvd.BenjanimeMay 14, 2015View

20636Jem and the Hologramson a good note, IDW comics is working on a jem reboot of their own, and it's already featuring the misfits, so not all hope is lost.BenjanimeMay 14, 2015View
20635Godzilla
shakin steak wrote :
Yes, I would like to check out the newer movies sometime (AFTER 98 and 2000, that is). I had only heard of Final Wars, so thanks for the recs!
-end quote
My pleasure. I suggest GMK because it is a refreshing take on Godzilla smack dab in the middle of a bunch of "same old, same old" formulaic Big G movies. G is really, really nasty in GMK, bent on teaching man a lesson. It's a fun romp.
Vaporman87May 14, 2015View
