21070 | A new KFC commercial with a Colonel Sanders impersonator |
Vaporman87 wrote :
I was going to mention Darrell Hammond but Caps beat me to it. I was way too spoiled by Phil Hartman as Clinton. | DebrisStorm | Jun 03, 2015

21068 | A new KFC commercial with a Colonel Sanders impersonator | I was going to mention Darrell Hammond but Caps beat me to it. I was less than impressed by the ads, but I like Darrell Hammond. He always did a really funny Bill Clinton.
| Vaporman87 | Jun 03, 2015 | |
21067 | Jem and the Holograms | Well, that works for blueluigi and TDitH, but not for me | shakin steak | Jun 03, 2015
21066 | The strangest book you ever read | It's a tie between Steppenwolf by Hermann Hesse, the book seemed to go from fantasy to reality so seamlessly I was lost. Also The Metamorphosis by Kafka was quite a doozie.
| vkimo | Jun 03, 2015 | |
21065 | The strangest book you ever read | Although I enjoyed it, some might feel Joe Esterhazs' "American Rhapsody" to be a strange book. It's a look at the Baby Boomers at the turn of the millennium set against the backdrop of the Clinton administration. It's part autobiography, part Hollywood gossip, part political writing, and part fiction. There are chapters that Esterhazs wrote from the perspectives of Bill and Hilary, Al Gore, Monica Lewinsky, Ken Starr, John McCain, George W. Bush, and in the final chapter, a character named Willard. I won't spoil it for you, but Willard relates to one of the book's overriding themes.
| Caps 2.0 | Jun 03, 2015 | |
21064 | The strangest book you ever read | Choke by Chuck Palahniuk (writer of Fight Club). Its also my favorite book of all-time. The movie was alright, but really didn't come close to diving into the raunchier and blasphemous moments. | massreality | Jun 03, 2015
21063 | A new KFC commercial with a Colonel Sanders impersonator | That's actually Darrell Hammond (former SNL cast member and current SNL announcer since Don Pardo's death last year) as the Colonel. I don't know what to think of the ads. I wonder if these ads will go for a long time, or if they'll only last for a short while, like the attempt by Orville Redenbacher to have an impersonator play Redenbacher himself.
| Caps 2.0 | Jun 03, 2015 | |
21062 | The strangest book you ever read | I could have sworn it was a movie also. And it is. Here's the IMDb link. Seth Green played Egg. | DebrisStorm | Jun 03, 2015
