I honestly wouldn't have realized the 8th gen was a letdown until I read your comment. | 48879 | The Café | <p>For me it's not even the decline of the consoles. It has been the decline in the quality of games. So few games stuck out to me throughout the eighth generation. If it received hype before release it was a giant letdown upon it. I remember in 2011 reading an article about how the video game industry was about to enter a dark period. To enter the contest you chose a gender as well as a name for the new baby in season 5. The winner got the honor to actually name the baby for the show.
