| 34510 | Mighty Morphin Power Rangers | So I saw the new Power Rangers film. I went into having an open mind, but honestly I have to say it pretty much sucked. There was so much wrong with it I don't even know where to begin. The designs weren't as bad as many people anticipated when this film was first announced, but it was still pretty awful. The suits were horrible, Goldar looked awful, Rita was designed badly, the Megazord looked like crap, and Alpha was just a joke. I actually liked the new Zordon design, and I thought the Puttie's looked decent.<div><br></div><div>The story and characters felt dumb as well. It seemed less like the Power Rangers and more like Degrassi TNG as a sci-fi show (seriously, one ranger was autistic and another was dealing with "coming to terms" with her "sexuality"? What does any of that that have to do with Power Rangers?)</div><div><br></div><div>I'll give this "The Force Awakens" treatment and hold off absolute judgement until I see where the rest of the films go.
