39637So, about that James Rolfe fellow....<div>so after doing some curious searching around, i found out that mike matei actually had his own series of comics back around 2004-2005. i'm only posting this one title card because well, for visual safety i don't want to show what an average comic strip from this looks like. seriously. if you want to go through the trouble of checking them out, search mike matei on encyclopedia dramatica and scroll down to where you can view the comics. they're not just racist, but he goes out of his way to make drawn depictions of male and female genitalia, and the comics ending with a joke that doesn't go through. they're that atrocious. i can't believe i used to look up to this guy's art.</div><div><br></div><div><img src="/images/postImages/1524751402locobandito2.png"></div>BenjanimeApr 26, 2018View
39636Last Movie You WatchedJust concluded my MCU marathon last night with "Thor: Ragnarok".<div><br></div><div>A HUGE improvement over the first two movies. The performances as always are excellent and I loved the scene with Thor meeting and battling the Hulk. Overall, this movie "ragna-rocks".</div><div><br></div><div>5 out of 5.</div>MichelangeloApr 25, 2018View
39635Double Dare is back! The jury is in as to weather or not Marc Summers would have some involvement in this. I know he mentioned after the airing of the Double Dare 30th Anniversary reunion special that he would love to return for a new version of the show.blueluigiApr 25, 2018View

39632What do you think about this theory for why people feel nostalgic? My life as an adult is far better than my life as a child and teenager, and even life in my 20s. Besides therapy and medication, pop culture, especially my love of the pop culture of the 1980s, is one of the reasons that I was able to survive 21 years of emotional turmoil, from September of 1991 to December of 2012, to become the man I am today.Caps 2.0Apr 25, 2018View

39630Vacation Time!!!I don't really do much traveling, but I'll be taking this weekend off from work as I'll be attending the Chiller Theatre convention in Parsippany, NJ on Saturday. I normally only go to the October Chiller, but I figured that since I have more vacation hours at work thanks to the PTO (Paid Time Off) System, I could utilize them for an April Chiller visit. I'll be getting up very early, though, to take a cab there (my brother will pick me up as his job is only a few minutes away from the hotel where the convention). That's why I'm taking the whole weekend off. That way, I don't need to worry about working shifts either the day before or after and getting home late.Caps 2.0Apr 25, 2018View
