Crash Team Racing, Naughty Dog's last Crash Bandicoot game on the PS1 back in 1999 has undergone a huge fanmade project allowing fans of the original game to play with others online, with the addition of widescreen gameplay, display names, and more when taking the original rom file and applying a patch. It gives a whole new experience to a classic racer!

Probably the best game to end the 90s on, especially when it released near the holiday season. It's also debatable, but I always preferred the controls in CTR over Mario Kart 64 and Diddy Kong Racing.
