I enjoy commentary from Digital Foundry when new games are set for release.

It's a bummer that it's not on PS5, I'm not sure how long it would be that I can get a Series X, but the game looks very promising.

I wouldn't bother. A coworker and I went through it. They blatently reskinned both Skyrim and Fallout 4. It is field with bugs, the planets are boring, the combat is uninteresting and the storyline is basic at best.

Everyone seems really hyped about it. Must be like Fallout in space? I doubt it can compete with Mass Effect in my opinion. 

The usual Bethesda developer bugs are definitely there. One gamer even hit an invisible wall in space.

Yeah, like friends are telling me, "it's Bethesda - no doubt about it!". 

As old as I am, I have issues with load times. Too much copy/paste rework in certain scenarios.

I need to let everyone know that I've been a friend of HeelvsBabyface (Az, from London) and Tyrone Magnus for many years. So I got quite a shock when my computer caught fire yesterday after Az went on a Starfield rant, over pronouns.

Tyrone forwarded the rant from Az on his channel - so I'm ready to lend my support to my friend!

Long story short: Thanks to Everyone for keeping my life . . . interesting. 

It is funny, because it seems like they copied the planet map navigation system from Mass Effect and just did some minor changes so no one would notice.
