"Goofs," as in "errors"

In the Full House episode "Subterranean Graduation Blues" Jesse revealed that he hated the theme song to Bonazna because his dentist used to hum it while he was drilling. But in the beginning of "Driving Miss D.J." he was singing it!

it was pretty common through earlier seasons of the TMNT cartoon that there would be coloring errors for the turtles' bandannas, and even some instances when the turtles voices were switches around!

In the very first Arthur short "Arthur's Eyes" there's a couple of things wrong:

1. This is a flashback, right? D.W. was only 2 when this scene happened, meaning she was likely at home at the time. So how can she be at Arthur's school?

2. Even if D.W. was old enough to go to school, what would she be doing at Arthur's school anyway? She certainly wouldn't be a student there!
