A group of lawmen (Kevin Costner, Sean Connery, Charles Martin Smith, and Andy Garcia.) all try to bring down the notorious Al Capone (Robert De Niro) and his gang.
I love a good crime film and this is indeed a great one.

Brian De Palma, who was known for his directing work on Scarface and Carrie, directed this one of a kind, action-packed crime drama set during Prohibition. I didn't watch this until the early 90s and when it was like on one of the cable channels. To be honest, I'm not sure I've ever seen the unedited film but it is indeed a great movie. It almost seemed like it started a trend in the late 80s early 90s of older era gangster films like Harlem Nights and Dick Tracy.
