The title character is a parody of Babs Bunny from Tiny Toon Adventures. Tress MacNeille does a voice in this.

i've heard of that game before, but i doubt i'd find the patience to find the workarounds to play it on my XP if it's one of those that you need to mount the disc or whatever.
