No it wasn't. Although, people would most likely recognize it as being shown on Nickelodeon. But it was actually shown on Saturday Mornings on one of the original broadcast networks before Nickelodeon picked up the rights to air reruns. However, the show has not been shown since Nickelodeon last aired it, which is why I say it was shown exclusively in the 90s.

Tasha from Land of the Lost is the correct answer. I also thought about hinting that this was a remake of a 70s show if the guesses were too slim. LOL.
