The creators of Wreck-It Ralph and Frozen are at it again. From what I read on IMDB, the story seems pretty simple.

Frozen has gotten plenty of negativity. I hope this doesn't happen with Big Hero 6.

Yeah, the only negativity I've heard about Frozen is a little backlash from people who are tired of other people who simply will not shut up about how good Frozen is.

People are saying Frozen isn't nearly as good as older Disney movies.

And I would agree with that negativity. I just hadn't heard any of it. I actually think Wreck-It Ralph was a far better movie.

So Pixar is owned by Disney yet both Disney and Pixar each make their own animated movies?

They're different studios.  Disney publishes/distributes both but they have separate teams.  Pixar retains its name because it didn't start in-house, and built cachet on its own.  Similar to how it would probably be if Nintendo bought Retro, for instance.
