Today was niiiice: Snagged this week's comics and when I came home the new batch of Kabuto Mushis from the GodBeast was waiting for me in the mail (seriously, check 'em out and tell me they aren't rad looking). Then I hit the gym and now I'm about to settle down with some Trader Joe's Kolsch style Summer Brew. 

Finally got the fabric I needed and got some fabric for my next project.

did some major cleaning around the new place today, i'm probably gonna sell a bunch of antiques that i don't even want anymore. there's an extra bedroom that has most of my parents' junk tossed inside, so i think it's time to fire up a yard sale here soon

Been spending the day sewing and working on an event I'm doing (Along with the bad jokes my roommate/ co worker made about it) Though if I got a co founder of a convention going to this I can tell this has potential.

Its been a fairly typical Thursday. Leaving work around 3:30 then taking the kids to their gymnastics classes. Now heading back home. I did do a little more searching on Autotrader for a nice replacement work truck.

I was told by my mother that a small chain of video stores in Georgia and Alabama are going to be closed for business.

Gee, I wonder who's responsible for that.

Yeah. It's sad to see one more 80's & 90's staple go. It's just not the same watching it on NetFlix. Just like on demand television has ruined the experience of watching a show at the same time as millions of others on network television.

It's a brony gathering. I tried a 90's meetup a couple years ago with poor results. Also if things go well I'll be seeing Marc Summers in August since he is gonna be at Tampa Comic Con.

I just watched California Chrome get denied the prestigious Triple Crown.
