Just finished up the 90s Nat Geo special. It was good but I enjoyed the 80s one more.

Of course I'm partial to the 80's, having spent my youth from age 6 to age 16 in those years (very formative years). The 90's had it's share of awesomeness as well, but I will always be an 80's junkie.

Even so, I'm really looking forward to being able to catch the Nat Geo special soon.

I spent most of the day listening to New Order's "Blue Monday."

I can't say I have ever spent a day listening to one song, but stranger things have happened.

Scored on a huge bag of vintage TMNT figures at the thrift store today. When I think about it, this is the 3rd or 4th time I've ever got a huge lot of TMNT figures. No other toy line seemed to dominate as much except MOTU.

@vkimo: Nice!!! I'm guessing there were several turtle variants in that lot, correct? No line of toys ever seemed to have SOOOOOO many variants of the main characters. Some of them were... completely ridiculous.

A ton of variants. And not to mention all those odd background villains. It's almost as bad as the 90s star wars line where characters that got 2 minutes of movie time got a figure haha

On a side note the carnival opened today but it's raining.

Slowly doing post con cleaning. Unpacking, Organizing and getting back to the daily grind. Along with planning my Birthday out next month. I already picked out my birthday gift of a shirt that crosses over Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas with MLP. Probably have other things planned for it as well.

Last night we took the kids to the local school so they could ride their bikes. I learned that my oldest son, who last year was getting better at riding a bike, has now completely forgotten how. Great.

Then we watched some American Ninja Warrior and I watched "Video Games: The Movie".
