This morning, my internet connection was off, so I had to unplug the modem for about 30 seconds and plug it back in. Then this afternoon the apartments, including this one have been getting plumbing problems.

Eeeeyep, it's Monday alright.

Smoggies? Not heard of that. But I'm not going to look it up because I don't want it stuck in my head too.

I've been watching Green Acres lately. I never knew how funny it was.

Had to price a whole binder of cards. Not fun.

The new Inspector Gadget is on Netflix now, and apparently my kids think it's great.

it's been such a busy month for me lately... i decided to pick up some games from steam, mostly sega genesis titles but i thought i'd also get the latest game from nicalis, castle in the darkness. think of it like cave story, but with more challenging platform moments. one hit death spikes, metroidvania exploration, and silly dialogue.

also while playing i noticed that the devs made a nod to monster party. not only do they have the plant boss, but the other monster that says the iconic "sorry, i'm dead" line. a few other things are referenced as well, like the painting of vigo from ghostbusters II. it's an interesting tongue-in-cheek game with 2D platforming action.
