Argh! I got a pair of special Nintendo controllers (described as working) and manual on ebay. They came today. No manual and one of the controllers didn't work. I told the seller and asked for 60% of my money back plus I would send back the controller if they want. They countered with no return and 45% back. I said fine because what else would I do without being a total jerk. Well I did some further testing and now the other controller is also failing! I need to test some more but I'm pretty sure I got ripped off. So mad.

I did not get them, but the G&W are priced at $54. Donkey Kong 2 looked nice, though.

I watched the rest of my Rocko's Modern Life: Season One set yesterday, which had this raw moment.
Oh, Joe Murray, how did you ever get away with stuff like this? "Magic can happen to you."

They sold something described incorrectly. eBay is really good (To a fault) in backing up customers while throwing buyers under the bus. Did you already leave positive feedback? Also when you say "special" controllers, were they authentic or those chinese copies? |

Gonna try to push out a second article today. I've been feeling a bit more inspired lately.

vkimo: I haven't left feedback yet. They're vintage 3rd party (Hudson). The auction description said "they work great." When I first complained the seller said they worked when last used 4 years ago and they don't have a Nintendo any more so they couldn't test them. I guess I'm not a jerk but I didn't want to be a pain and I know shipping is a cost. Do you think I should contact the seller again? or just go straight to opening an ebay case? Paypal disputes seem like a pain but I guess I should get my other $12 back for these dodgy things somehow

Whatever you feel is best. I know I'd want my money back somehow. You can always wield that negative feedback over them.
Oh yeah... also Today is my birthday. I'm the big 41 today. You love this signature.
