Yesterday was mostly a day of me doing work around the house, preparing for our own belated Thanksgiving dinner with my brother, his family, and a friend of ours. Hopefully today I will finish with putting up Christmas lights.

Most of the day is consisting of messing around with the wii U to get things ready for a Smash Bros event coming up. Then packing up for my trip to Miami Thursday. Probably Taco Tuesday with a friend if he is able to.

a few of my friends on facebook already have super smash bros on the wiiu, but they don't feel like adding me or don't have time to do so.

so i guess i'll play online matches, all alone... i'll play custom fighter matches, all alone...



my drawing tablet recently kicked the dust, so i might go with making article illustrations via an art program on my wii u since i can use the gamepad screen as a tablet itself, though i will miss the style of how my art came out from deviantart's own art software right on their site. as far as some of the usual expensive drawing tablets go (bamboo, i'm looking at you) i found a neat one by the name of genius.

Once I figure out a way to add people on there I would. Also how do you get custom Mii fighters (With the items if possible) on the Wii U version?

on the wii u menu, click on the orange smiley icon that labels the friends list option. press the pluss button and it'll ask you to type in the nintendo account name of the person that you want to add. you can find me as Benjamillion. once you send the request the person that gets it should see that the orange smiley on their wii u menu should have a water-shaking effect to its icon giving indication that they've got a request waiting. add me if you want.

as for adding custom fighters, there should be an option right on the title menu that shows an icon for the 3DS. click on it and it'll ask for you to start up your 3DS as well as the super smash bros version to it and go to the icon that says wii u so the two can connect. from there, you should see instructions on your television on how to send the custom characters from the 3DS version over, and vice versa.

I ended up getting an iPhone 6 today because, well, I'm an idiot. I went into the AT&T store and asked about changing our current plan to something more affordable. The guy goes on to tell me that if I switched to a certain plan, I could get the iPhone 6 for 'free'. As I previously mentioned, I'm an idiot, so I did it. It ended up costing me $60 due to having to pay the tax on the thing, but still. I hate spending money on myself around Christmas. 

I heard something on the news awhile back that the iPhone 6 bends. And it's not supposed to do that.

Eh, I haven't really noticed it (Though I haven't tried to bend it). I put it in an Otterbox and it has been fine thus far. 

My wife has the iPhone 6, and has not bent... yet.

Ben, I'll see if I can follow your instructions to add you to the friends list as well.

It's the iPhone6 Plus that bends.

But yeah, some have complained about it doing it.
