Oh, my! The size of those heads!
I guess the best way to describe this cover would be that the girls are friends and they are playing fairies on a very bright summer day. They're standing outside of a picket fence, which doesn't look to be standing straight, and right behind it is either a tree or a shrubbery. That's what I think the cover is.  "If you think a 401K is your mother-in-law's bra size, you might be a redneck."
