That's funny. My kids and I saw that very waffle maker some weeks back and giggled over the idea of such a thing. I should have bought the shelf full and sold them on Ebay for twice as much.

I can't believe Turkey Hill is doing Black Friday. I should have camped out overnight to get my free slushy.

They're trying to ban Black Friday in Ferguson, MO. Can't say I blame 'em.

I went to a few places last night for Black Friday. It was nice seeing places open with lots of people in a shopping mall with it being 1am. I didn't buy anything, but I always like the feeling of going shopping at this time of night.

i went with my mom to kmart, surprising that it was actually pretty busy because on a normal day it's pretty barren.

I didn't go out at all today, but my fiancee has been shopping since 6 PM last night. She and her mom basically have a death wish every year and try to see how long they can go. I think they broke their record this year. I'm not sure whether or not I should congratulate them or feel ashamed. Oh well.

She was able to get every thing I asked her to look for/pick up, so I'm happy about that. I was able to get...

- A 50" television for $200.
- A tablet (I have no idea what kind, didn't really care due to the price) for $25
- Destiny (PS3) for $30

I was watching television and asked myself;

"Why do people do this stuff, how can this be enjoyable?"

And my sister goes;

"Because people like us like shopping".

OK, shopping CAN be fun, but under THOSE conditions? Lord no...

I didn't go shopping since I lack funds (Would have went to joanns for cosplay supplies) and don't want to deal with the crazies. This year wasn't worth it in my opinion.

My wife decided this was the year she would leave at 4;00 in the morning to join the girls for Black Friday for the first time. She’s exhausted and asleep now.
