Don't you hate it when stuff like this is for a limited time only?

Please tell me this film didn't reek.

Apparently not, considering it had the largest global opening ever... in terms of box office receipts that is. Second biggest American opening behind "The Avengers".

I haven't seen it, just doing as I'm told.

The film was fine, but it doesn't stand on its own in my opinion.  Meta-humor and self-references wink and nod that this is a sequel just to make money.  They directly mention focus groups, product placement, and corporate memos and claim it is satire while telling the audience what they are supposed to want.  I would rather have a good story than flat characters and over-the-top action sequences.

I tried the Jurassic World Blizzard from Dairy Queen.  It tasted fine, but it wasn't for me.  I couldn't even finish it because my throat started to get sore.

The Lego Jurassic World game is good.  It follows all 4 movies, you can explore the islands, and you can play as almost every character and dinosaur.  They use the original audio from the movies as much as they can, but the sound quality dips because of the age of the audio clips.  They do good job of making each movie feel distinct and true to the source while balancing the Lego humor.  If you're a fan of Lego games or Jurassic Park, I would recommend the game or check out some gameplay footage at least.

Cool. Thanks Ajimbo. I was thinking pretty seriously of getting the game, but this helps make that decision that much easier. What about multiplayer? Is there any?

I understand Sam Neill (Dr. Alan Grant) won't be in this one. He could've at least made a cameo.

The console version has two player drop-in and drop-out coop, but the handheld version doesn't have any multiplayer.  I think the Wii U version puts one player on the gamepad, the other on the tv.  The PS3 and PS4 are split-screen.

Jurassic World still remains #1 in the Box Office, with Inside Out coming in 2nd.
