This year's RetroCon is featuring some cool voice artists already! Namely John Moschitta Jr. and Doug Stone! One thing I didn't realize about Doug Stone was that he did the voice for Psycho Mantis in Metal Gear Solid.

The gang at RetroCon have met all of the requirements, but have yet to completely convince the "Rowdy" one, Rowdy Roddy Piper, to attend this year's Con. We are being encouraged to contact Rowdy via his website, Facebook, or Twitter page and ask him to consider being at the show this year (which could possibly result in him providing a "cameo" in this year's Halloween or Christmas Specials). So head there and do that... NOW!

YES! One of my favorite voice actors will be attending this year's RetroCon! Michael Bell, AKA Duke from G.I. Joe (and about a gazillion other voices, including one of my personal favorite characters of any video game franchise; Raziel from the Soul Reaver games) will be there!

A cool promo put together using the voices of John Moschitta, Jr. and our old buddy Larry Kenney...

Ah man, I spotted this thread too late. Oaks,PA is a mere 3 hours away from me. Likely it's at some other location now.

Ooh I see, didn't notice the update. Nice! Hopefully I'll be able to make it somehow.

Let's do this:
Anybody who attends this year's RetroCon from RetroDaze will not only get in free, but will also receive $100 in spending money for the goodies. Why you ask? Because we SPONSOR the thing, and we should have something to show for it... pictures, stories, etc. You'd be required to post SOMETHING about the show here to let us all know how it went. Also you'd be required to wear the requisite RetroDaze T-Shirt. Naturally. In order to get in free and receive the funds, you'll need to "register" with me via PM. Let me know your name (if the one in your profile isn't your real name) and the day you'll attend. I'll give you a number that only you, I, and the Tuskis (the show organizers) know. You'll give that number to Rose or Tony at the show where you would normally buy your ticket or pay your way in. They'll look it up to make sure it's cool, and give you access and your money**. Sound cool to anybody? **Pending an okay with Rose and Tony to handle that for us. You love this signature.

Well, if I didn't already wish I could make it there, that certainly would make me.

I REALLY want to go this year! But with a two month old (who'll not quite be a four month old by then), my chances are slim. Depends solely on him and his ability to travel.
