The Ghosts of Halloween Past!

Halloween 1976 fell on a Sunday, resulting in empty classrooms that Monday, due to excessive partying.

For the USA's Bicentennial Year, the Climax Blues Band kept the Halloween Party Going.

When I grocery shop I make a few laps around the seasonal Halloween displays. I'd love to root through the dumpsters Novemeber 1st and score a few.

What a display!

I've always been drawn to movies, images, music and television that have no connection to Halloween, but when presented in the right "spirit" practically scream "HALLOWEEN!".

even though we still have a few more months to go until october i've been watching some episodes of the 1995 outer limits series to prepare for my halloween watching when that time comes.

I need to revisit Outer Limits. I recently rewatched Eerie Indiana, and I checked out the new Are You Afraid of the Dark? Not as good as the first "reboot season," but it was okay. If I'm honest, I don't really start feeling "Halloweenie" until at least late August. On the other hand, I'm always steeped in Halloween stuff.

not sure who else plays animal crossing here but some more halloween items were recently datamined, maybe the event will be even bigger this year

I picked up a sweet ceramic Jack O Lantern at a garage sale and I've been waiting all year to put it out. It's about 2 ft tall and you can burn a log inside it!
