I was watching The Dark Knight Rises today. It's okay, but it takes awhile for the action to get going and for Bruce to become Batman.

I'm interested to see how this new Superman will play out, and if it will draw from the style of these most recent Batman films.

Batman is my favorite super hero and I have to say that "The Dark Knight" is my favorite Batman movie of all times. I do love Burtons movies but I've never really liked Jack Nicholson as The Joker (I seem to be pretty alone having this opinion)
Heath Ledger on the other hand was exactly as I want The Joker, a total unpredictable madman. His acting is totally amazing in that movie. The game doesn't start until you say YES.
