so far it's still a bit chilly in virginia, in the 40s today and i wore a fleece today going out to the store

Today was beautiful in PA - Mild 60s and sunny. I spent the afternoon watching the 90s flick, The Phantom. 

While the weather was beautiful, I celebrated my birthday by injuring my back sitting on the couch. Aging has welcomed me with open arms.

That sucks Vaporman. I strained my hernia a couple weeks ago and was laid out in my chair for four days. The body can be both super strong and super fragile at the same exact time.

Yup. You are correct. I can run on a treadmill for 30 minutes but have problems sitting down.

An injured back? Ouch! No way to spend a birthday! Even though your back was injured, something good must've happened.

Sure hope you're feeling better, Easter weekend is here!

No Easter events this year at any local churches, social distancing is not working and vaccine distribution is spotty.

Kids will be doing an egg hunt at some friends house. It is usually a tradition, but last year we obviously weren't able to make it happen.

it warmed up again to 70 today, i'll see how long that lasts.
