Probably not. He's in his 60's, and he's still doing some acting, but I don't think he'll portray Freddy again.

I recently finished watching all of the movies that featured Freddy Krueger for the first time. A few of the sequels weren't my cup of tea, but I loved the original A Nightmare on Elm Street movie and Wes Craven's New Nightmare. The remake was okay, but I thought the way the new Nancy was portrayed wasn't nearly as good as the Heather Langenkamp version.

But the non-Robert Englund Freddy is something I'd like to forget.
