looks like the rom has been leaked and people are already playing the 3D all-stars collection, how am i not surprised?

So we all knew Nintendo would mess this up. Apparently they botched the conversion for Super Mario 64. It doesn't properly fit widescreen, so there's a black border surrounding the actual game when playing. Both top and bottom and sides as well.

Now I am doubting buying it.

you got your copy early too, huh? amazon's making me wait until tuesday for mine. yeah i didn't like how they didn't do anything to add to super mario 64 aside from some touches on the textures, the leaked pc port supports widescreen yet nintendo just called it a day with that 4:3, ugh.

I caved and got it digital. I mostly got it cause Sunshine was my jam. It isn't bad, but wished they did more with it. 

i honestly kinda wish they made the 4:3 display on super mario 64 better, seeing those tiny black borders on the top and bottom is weird and i'd rather have a full picture.

This was a total cash grab, not a horrible one, just bare bones and doesn't scream "35 years of Mario"

i heard rumors that they were planning to add in super mario galaxy 2, but they ran out of time before the release date. also, apparently super mario sunshine has a lot of emulation issues, in one of those bonus areas with the floating platforms that change and turn, there are small cubes that appear showing the path that the platforms move to, they're not supposed to be there. oh, and apparently they left in a typo in super mario 64 with yoshi's dialogue, despite cleaning up the text
