Next year will be 2020... it's hard to believe that the Y2K hype was twenty years ago.

I was just thinking the other day how there's a whole generation of kids now that wasn't around for 9/11. 

Harry Potter flicks sure had a big impact on 2000s kids.

omg...I caught one episode of this and never saw it again (I think the whole WB channel went defunct shortly after). For years I've convinced myself that I either imagined the whole thing or was mixing up details about several different cartoons.

if i recall an imdb review of it said it was like the equivalent of a cartoon in sugar cereal form, sounds pretty accurate to me as there are no moments where the show slows down 

As far as the 2000s being "retro" in 2020, let's cross that bridge when we get to it.

As one of the few 2000's kids on this site, I'm trying to think what really shaped the era. Harry Potter would have to be included, the video game consoles and the new franchises that came out (GTA being one of them). Maybe the Star Wars prequels as well?
