I don't have any problems with Eggman/Robotnik.
If you check out the tweet shown below that post that shakin linked to, you'll see a fan reworking of Sonic's design. I'd say that's about perfect. You love this signature.

I just saw the fan film. Nicely done! Especially the way they did Sonic. What makes it all the more interesting is Jaleel voicing him again.

i dunno if you guys have seen this yet but sonic's original creator gave his gratitude to fans for requesting sonic's design to be changed to match his game appearance.
