At long last, the silly dream of having an MST3K style online theater for members to enjoy... is complete.

Soon, the code will be transferred to our server and you will notice the "Theater" link alongside the other page links in the left navigation bar.

I will provide a new FAQ on the workings of the theater for those in need.

I will try to email all members regarding a "beta test" of sorts for your consumption, sometime this week perhaps?

I do have a question for everyone: What evening during the week is ideal for such a viewing? What evening/times does your schedule allow for a movie viewing? LMK.

Thursday nights are probably better for me and between 8 pm and 12 pm

Weekends are when I visit the theater.

Mondays through Thursdays are best for me, since I work on the weekends.

I can do Tuesdays or Thursdays in the evening. Not much going on those nights.

I have found the perfect film with which to have our "beta test" viewing. It is so DELIGHTFULLY awful. Prepare yourselves for 1978's "War of the Robots"!!!

I'm very interested but it's kind of hard for me to say a time where I'd reliably be able to participate I guess weekend afternoons are best for me.

There are bad films, and then there are bad-to-the-point-of-busting-your-gut-with-laughter films. The latter is what we're shooting for. I'll try to make it worth your while with some biting textual commentary from Bert and his gang.

I think it'll be fun to watch bad movies while making some MST3K jokes in the comments.

As for when we could do it, I'm all for weekend nights. I think that's the perfect time to hold movie nights. It would be fun to join in on the fun.

Perhaps two viewings of the same movie is the answer. That way the weeknighters can catch it as well as the weekend folks.
