Skeletor, Warduke, Venger, Mumm-Ra, Storm Shadow, Zartan, Joker, Penguin, Dr. Coffin, the Creeper, The No-Face Zombie, Phantom Shadows, 10,000 Watt Ghost, Ghost of Finnyan MacDuff, Flintheart Glomgold, Juggernaught, Dr. Doom, Cylons, V Visitors, Count Duckula, Dr. Claw, and Prime Evil are the recurring bad guys I liked.

Another one of my favorite villains from television is the Julie Newmar version of Catwoman.

Astronema from Power Rangers in Space was one of the Power Rangers villains who most intrigued me. She had a more complicated relationship with the Rangers than any of the villains that had come before her, given that she had romantic feelings for one Ranger and was the sister of another one.
