I actually have another superhero cartoon that falls into this: Batman Beyond.

I was re-watching some episodes recently and I completely don't remember Kobra's outfits looking like the ones below. I could of swore that the soldiers had black and silver metal outfits, and the leader in orange was just a regular looking human in normal clothing.
