No, you're right. It's always the male who has the lead, not the female.

vkimo wrote :.But how would he change from Adam to He-Man without his sword? It is funny to think about how the MOTU line originally started, being based on Conan essentially. Then comparing Conan to He-Man in terms of fighting style and level of violence. It is kind of fun to see how creative the writers had to get in order to get action on the screen without being brutal. Sometimes it was hilarious, and other times they wove it in so that it made sense. I think it depended on who was writing the episode. Larry Ditillio was my favorite. You love this signature.

I want to see this one. Even though the other Wolverine solo movies weren't that memorable, this one is supposedly Hugh Jackman's last appearance playing the character, so I have a feeling things will be different. I'm not sure if the R rating will be a good thing or a bad thing, as I believe a good movie could be made under any rating if the people behind it are creative enough. We'll just have to wait and see if that ends up helping, hurting, or having no major effect on this movie.

Mr Magic wrote : The superhero universe is so vast that there's always a character that appeals to someone. But when a superhero, or a group of heroes, garner a fan base then there's a responsibility that goes along with that popularity. If the movie is about Jean Gray then tell me a story about Jean Grey. Don't throw her in as a hook to tell me about some "new" character I've never heard of. The same with Hugh Jackman's Wolverine. Don't use him to tell me about his daughter. Let Wolverine be Wolverine, dammit! (ready for my closeup, Mr. DeMille) |
