The reason the homepage is showing no videos is because those videos were approved without capturing a thumbnail for them. If I approve 10 videos and attach thumbnails to them, that will be fixed. 

As for the videos not playing back, I contacted Rakesh about that a few days ago but have not heard back from him. Hopefully he gets back with me soon.
