Fried chicken and mashed potatoes. 

Had a Captain D's Alaskan Salmon meal this evening.

Krystal burgers, fries, and spicy wings.

I tried out the Burger King Chicken Burger (with only one bun). It was actually pretty decent.

For the family dinner tonight, I pulled out my recipe for Oven made Chicken Fajitas.  They are always fantastic, and as hard as it may be to believe, is usually better than what we can get at a Mexican restaurant.  On the side I made some homemade Spanish rice to go with it.

I like different kinds of rice:

Man all I had was pizza. Don't get me wrong it was delicious, but now I'm craving fajitas.
