After a long process, the examining attorney for the USPTO has cleared the way for RetroDaze and the RetroDaze logo (not Photog Smurf, the name logo) to be officially trademarked. Aren't we special now?

I've been looking into filing a patent but the costs are astronomical $5,000-$10,000+ so I might just settle for copyright protection at a cool $35

Nah. It was more like a "just in case" kind of thing. I don't know that it would ever need it, but it's there "just in case.
