I'm debating if I want the expensive set with the special packaging, or the lower cost set... It's a pretty big difference in price.

I'll probably splurge on the uber set only because the cheaper set doesn't include the animated series. Of course I could still buy the cheaper set and the animated series for less than the uber set, but I'll inevitably regret not getting the packaging. Maybe, if I am really super good this year, Santa will bring me The Complete Adventures on his flying hoverboard. I may even leave him some dehydrated cookies and Pepsi Perfect for his troubles.

Ah, I didn't realize the cheaper set didn't come with the cartoon. I thought it was just the packaging that was missing. Yeah...probably would have to get eh better set. You know, I *do* have a certain amazon gift card burning a hole in my digital pocket. :-)

Is the flux capacitor packaging just an outer cardboard box for the 2 sets?
