The boys at Warner Bros. were experts at trying out new characters to the point that theater audiences were just as eager to see new ideas as much as old favorites.
No other studio could match W-B in character development. Checkout this cartoon and admire the skill on display. The animation and voice acting are totally in sync. The interplay between father and daughter is pure Gold. This cartoon is so watchable you wont care that it's from 1946: |

For the longest time, there has been one animated film that I could remember details of, but despite all my efforts I could not find it online or even remember enough to search for it properly. Until just now. While watching a Garfield special, I heard the voice of Wolfman Jack, and realized his voice was directly tied to my memory (what little there was) of the film. So a quick Google search of animated films that Jack had lent his voice to gave me my long-sought answer... Stanley The Ugly Duckling! FINALLY!!! Jack plays Eagle One, a biker eagle who rides an invisible motorcycle. I almost can't believe I finally figured this out! I was beginning to accept that I would go to my grave never figuring it out.

Little Archie. Well, not exactly like the comic series. They're more like 12 year-olds. "Magic can happen to you."

I did a whole article about my favourite unsung cartoons. I published it but it has yet to be posted. And just what are the choices on it? Well, read it if and when it gets posted to find out Suicide is painless

You know what lesser known cartoon I've been enjoying a lot of lately? Hmmkay, has anyone hear seen any of the Killer Tomato movies from the 70's and 80's? Did you know they did a cartoon of it back in the early 1990's? Like no joke! It aired on Fox Kids. In fact, it was one of the first shows on that line up alongside Bobby's World. Anyway, it's more or less what you would expect of the movies: Pure cheese done right. And they have the parachute guy from the movies. Anyway, all the episodes are free on YouTube Suicide is painless

@Vaporman87 - Speaking of Wolfman Jack, did you know that back in the 1980's, he had his own Saturday Morning cartoon? Wolf TV. Because the show used a lot of copyrighted music videos it has never been released on DVD or for streaming and likely never will be since the music videos made up a good chunk of the show. It is considered the only Dic (guys who did it. They also made Inspector Gadget, the 2nd iteration of Heathcliff, The Real Ghostbusters, Ulysses 31, The Mysterious Cities of Gold, and those bad Nintendo cartoons just to name the bajillions of shows they did as a studio) show that is lost because of this. Anyway, Wolf TV hasn't aired since it was new in 1985 and probably never will air again considering there was more demand for GI Joe and Teddy Ruxpin than there was for Wolf TV in those days Suicide is painless

@Benjanime - Oh god I forgot about that show. That came out during the troll doll hype of the early 1990's (back when those creepy things were everywhere: Billboards, t-shirts, breakfast cereals, lunchboxes, Mad Magazines, etc) Suicide is painless

much like toxic crusaders, it surprises me that they got far enough to have a video game despite its very short run. Nintendo Network ID: Benjamillion
