i can't say i've been a watcher of wrestling in this day and age, for me the hype kind of ended after the "attitude" era and the last video game i played that was related was WCW nitro on the playstation. i remember when one of the kids on the block lied about earthworm jim being an unlockable character lol

It looks like Hall is going to be taken off of life support sometime today. Kind of a tragic ending. He had a bad history of drug issues dating back to some of his earliest days of pro-wrestling. It is why he never received a world title in either WWE or WCW. All the abuse must of weakened his body over the years.

At least he was able to get a decade in of sobriety.

He ans Nash were great entertainers.

Quite possibly the most epic douche move in Hollywood history. Look, I get it. Making fun of your wife's physical ailment isn't cool. That's on Chris Rock (who SUCKS as a comedian... probably the worst SNL cast member of ALL TIME). But there were so many better ways to handle this, and Will Smith just comes off looking like a whiny, coddled crybaby who needs a safe space. Then he goes and wins his first Oscar like minutes later. Hollywood is such a joke anymore.

I would probably have said something about it during the speech that he was almost certainly going to give, since he was a shoe-in to win the Oscar later. At MOST, I would have voiced my displeasure from my seat like he did AFTER striking Chris.
