Having stupidly left my wallet at home this morning, I decided to use what little cash I did have on me to try and pick up a few more of the new Star Wars Hot Wheels ships at Walmart. Emphasis on try as when I got to the counter I was promptly asked for my license. WHAT?!?! For Hot Wheels? Seriously? In any event not having it on me I was refused the sale by both the clerk and an irate manager. Um OK.

It's crazy what toys can do these days, maybe they turn into real cars
|
Oh man I hope so because I could really use a new car. Better still if it can fold up into a pocket sized Millennium Falcon.

That's so crazy. I bought almost all of the Hot Wheels ships at Toys R Us and Walmart and never once got carded.

I think it's just my Walmart. They're not quite all there. I've been able to pick up beer there before without being carded, but Star Wars Hot Wheels, c'est impossible!

They are indeed consistently screwy. I could write novels. I won't mind you, but there is no shortage of material.

I didn't even realize that the whole Lego Dimensions thing was a Disney Infinity/Skylanders style game. When I saw it in Walmart today, I had to buy the Starter Set along with some of the character packs.
I really want the Scooby and Shaggy Pack and the Ghostbusters and Back To The Future Packs!!! You love this signature.

I hoped to finally get my hands on some of the new Lego monster minifigs, but once again Walmart has failed me so I opted instead for some series two Lego Simpsons and a copy of Bride of Frankenstein on blu ray.Throw in a Halloween Whopper and it was a pretty good Thursday night.
