16183Winter 2014/2015Wow. I guess West Virginia does seem southern. Having grown up not only in the northeast, but in a small state (NJ) it's hard for me to imagine a weather split between north and south like that.

vkimo wrote :
We got like 2 inches overnight. We live on a corner property so I have that much more snow to shovel. Funny when I see people using snowblowers for 20 feet of sidewalk.
-end quote
I don't have to worry about any of that! Between the park on one side, the absent cruddy people on the other, and all the vacant lots it doesn't matter if I clear my sidewalk or not! Basically I'm good if I just shovel out the door, the mailbox, and the garbage cans.

I tried to obtain that cruddy property next door. It's two built lots and two vacant lots. I had grand plans to buy a snowblower if that worked out, and do the whole block for other people who walk by. If we just get a couple of inches I will do a path on the park's sidewalk, but I couldn't handle this.
shakin steakFeb 02, 2015View
16182Any Redditors here?I don't have a reddit account. 16181Winter 2014/2015Northern Ohio gets its fair share of everything coming east, but being right along the river with West Virginia means we get none of that.Vaporman87Feb 02, 2015View

16179Winter 2014/2015I'm surprised you don't, being east of Lake Michigan. Maybe it all dumps on Indiana. We only get that much once every few years. But yesterday's storm was pretty massive. By the time the leading edge hit the Atlantic we were still getting it pretty hard. So how much did you get all said and done?
shakin steakFeb 02, 2015View
