4057ArticleThatDudeintheHoodieI don't recall, Logan. Thank you Vapor, I'm currently working on a children's book.  Aug 22, 2017View
2672ArticleVaporman87I don't recall the reason for the name change, except that the later incarnation of our group added a new member who was excited to change our name and give us all "bios". LOL Best place to hide was the top floor. Teachers were less likely to travel all the way up there unless it was necessary to do so. That floor had the 4th, 5th, and 6th grade classrooms and the Principal's office (of all things). But his door was almost always closed, or his office empty. Hmmm. I wonder what he was doing in there with the door closed all the time... come to think of it.The Principal's OfficeSep 19, 2015View
3901ArticleVaporman87I don't recall Mr. Wayans' show, but I definitely remember Magic's awful show, and I felt really bad for him. He was a hero of mine for so long, and to have him get involved in such a poorly conceived and executed endeavor was disheartening. He has such a great personality, but that just didn't translate into being a good host.Late Night FOX: Are You Ready for Magic?May 26, 2017View

2980ArticleGoonieGirlI don't know what you do for a living... but if it's not writing young adult fiction, you should consider a career change. This is the best fiction I've read in awhile. Nice work. Fright Night - A Retro NarrativeOct 19, 2015View

2558ArticleVaporman87I don't know how much truth there is to it, but it seems like, if memory serves, that Justine Bateman's character on Family Ties got a bit less intelligent as the show progressed. Particularly when she was joined by the reoccurring boyfriend (whose name escapes me... Nick maybe?).Sitcom Characters Who Got StupidAug 22, 2015View
3595ArticlemickyarberI don't know how I missed commenting on this last year when it was new, but I love this article. This is really what nostalgia is at it's heart. There are a lot of traditions around Christmas are luckily still alive and well around our house. Like I have a rule that no one opens a present until everyone has had breakfast....just like my Dad insisted on when I was a kid. My wife grew up with her grandparents making Pillsbury Orange Sweet Rolls for breakfast on Christmas morning, so we keep that going as well. So in these modern times, no one opens a present until everyone has had an orange sweet roll. But I love hearing about traditions in other people's lives, especially those involving Christmas. This article hits a nice place deep inside. Glad you shared it.Christmas Memories: Traditions Come and GoneDec 18, 2016View
913VideoVaporman87I don't know Ben. They show Charlie Brown every year and Linus has that whole quote from the Bible in it. Maybe they just feel like Garfield isn't relevant enough and doesn't carry the nostalgic power of Charlie Brown during the holidays?A Garfield Christmas SpecialDec 17, 2013View
