2070ArticleMr MagicI think I started watching Raw around 1994, but I started watching it regularly beginning in summer of 1997. Bret Hart was a heel at the time, which was weird because he was always a fan favorite. But yeah, I was so committed to watching Raw since then. But I also watched Nitro as well. They were both equally good imo. I never stuck with with just one wrestling product. When 2000 came though, I mostly watched Raw. Mainly due to the McMahon/Helmsley storyline. That was some good stuff. There were some other things that made Raw really worth watching too. You know, I don't care what anyone says, Ready to Rumble was a decent film. The wrestling fan in me liked it. As for who my favorite wrestler is, I would have to say Bill Goldberg. Not just because of his very, very, VERY long undefeated winning streak, but because of the fact that he was a Georgia Bulldog in college. Go Dawgs! I had a great deal of Goldberg stuff: Shirts, a cap, an action figure and other stuff. But anyway, well done article.  Mar 11, 2015View
2055Articleshakin steakI think I saw this. I was never into soda so I wouldn't have drank it. Or maybe I just recognize Dan Clowes' art. (Either way it's perfect for what they were trying to do.) I remember a different weird prerecorded phone message campaign from around the same time that my friend and I called incessantly, but we never bought the product. 4552ArticleSupermanI think I saw some of that kryptonite for sale when I visited the Superman Celebration in Metropolis, IL several years ago. If not this specific version, it was definitely similar in that it was just some regular rocks painted green. I considered buying it for a souvenir but rethought it since they were, after all, just painted green rocks. The paint was even coming off already.Super Hero Toy Catalog 1978Sep 16, 2018View

1877ArticleVaporman87I think I could deal with the younger kids because I actually could relate better with them. Sure, my main "clique" of friends were my age, but my younger friends and I were on the same level as far as our interests and imaginations. The Older KidFeb 03, 2015View
947ArticleVaporman87I think I am in agreement with you on ALMOST all of these properties have some kind of plastic treatment. With the exception of Troop Beverly Hills. The only collectible version of Shelley Long I would even LOOK at on a shelf would be something from Cheers probably. :) I'm surprised that Archie hasn't yet had some kind of figure available in stores. I'm now seeing properties like Huckleberry Hound and Yogi Bear in Toys 'R Us. So I don't think Archie is a big stretch. His gang's been around long enough for one. Lastly, I would be very interested to see more board game to action figure collectible action happening. I would pick the Monopoly guy, some Candy Land figs maybe. 1539ArticleVaporman87I think honorable mentions could be made for The Big Show, King Kong Bundy, Big John Stud, and Earthquake. This is a pretty accurate list I think. I would probably put these guys together in this same order for my own list... though I'd be tempted to put Kane in at third, and move Vader to fourth and Nash to fifth.Top 5 Best Big Men in Wrestling HistoryNov 30, 2014View

5396ArticlevkimoI think Gold/Silver were the apex of Pokemon games. They took the original formula, added a few cool features and executed a wondeful game. I still remember the goofy phone calls I would make to the trainers in my contacts haha - although overall I think I enjoyed playing Sapphire Version the most. Really liked the secret hideouts.Remembering Pok'emon Gold and SilverFeb 23, 2021View
919ArticlepikachuloverI think for me the fear stemmed from me thinking Santa was involved with those shady telephone number business people. I have a cousin, and when she was a kid she was afraid of all Santa things even drawings in books and wooden Christmas ornaments. The Many Forms of SantaDec 18, 2013View
