4662Articlecomic_book_fani loved the 2000 through 07 was when things started going down hill. to me the 90's was the best time for me but 2000's wasn't bad i loved toonami the resurgence of the comicbook movie playstation2 and gamecube was awesome yugioh the mnusic was good too pretty good across the board but to me comparing the 2000's to the 90's is literally comparing kobe bryant to Michael jordan kobe was great but jordan was just better across the board. Nov 07, 2018View

But I am staving them off by making a Beast costume for the Beauty and the Beast play at my sons' school. That and eating their candy.NLogan's Retro Halloween AnticipationNov 05, 2018View

4658ArticleHoju KoolanderI was saving this to get me over the post Halloween blues and it did the trick...or treat. We had that Peck Skull from 1982 growing up! I love tale of your Dad teaching you how to fake people out and scare them. I used to do the same thing when I was character at Disneyland, I called it "Playing Statue". Here's to more years of fun trick or treating with your niece.NLogan's Retro Halloween AnticipationNov 04, 2018View

4655ArticleDirtyD79People can make all the noise they want about Amazon but if you really want to see what's killing malls, pay attention the next time you're out driving around. Take a look at how many shopping centers, unattached stores, and strip malls you see. I know going to this one mall near me depending on the route I take I could pass either two or four different shopping centers and several unattached stores on the way there. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a mall. Mall MemoriesNov 02, 2018View
4654Articlesturm316I remember you posting a similar article on Retrojunk years ago. I also grew up in the Salt Lake area (Murray) and have many similar memories, including the March of Dimes Haunted House on State Street in the old Murray Laundry. I've long been looking for someone who has pictures of it, both with the monsters painted on the front and the later skull entry version.NLogan's Retro Halloween AnticipationNov 01, 2018View
4653ArticleVaporman87I love the really elaborate floats, especially if they are themed around a classic live action or animated show. I recall a Masters of the Universe float (from '85 I think) that blew me away: <img src="/images/postImages/1541094354Masters Float 3.jpg" width="424" height="322"><br> <img src="/images/postImages/1541094376Masters Float 1.jpg" width="423" height="318"><br> <img src="/images/postImages/1541094406Masters Float 2.jpg" width="423" height="317"><br> <img src="/images/postImages/1541094433Masters Float 4.jpg" width="423" height="317"><br> <img src="/images/postImages/1541094459Masters Float 5.jpg" width="423" height="318"><br> <img src="/images/postImages/1541094483Masters Float 6.jpg" width="422" height="315">TDitH's Favorite Macy's Thanksgiving Parade FloatsNov 01, 2018View
