2000AD films

With marvel dominating the big screen with films and DC making a few films themselves theirs still room for more comic films and 2000AD has the answer. I feel they can release a decent amount of films and not just Judge Dredd.

The 1995 film was very entertaining but at the time failed to reach a really big audiences. I really enjoyed the film years later and choose this version over the later film Dredd. I think Stallone did a great job at portraying him and really liked the angel family in it and the block war part.

With a good fair few other characters from the comic I would really like to see a film on Finn there was a promotion poster done years ago in 1995.It shows an epic battle escaping what looks like an airbase jumping over a fence. Although the poster is bit misleading since he doesn't do that in the comic.

The new film wasn't very good in my opinion they went with a more violent version with slow motion parts which to me ruined it. I didn't think Kyle Urban portrayed the character that well atoll,
his chin didn't really resemble the comic look atoll.

They have recently built a rebellion studio, they are planning to make a TV series on Judge Dredd and theatrical film on rogue trooper which is very exciting although I would rather see both as films.

From what I read it holds six sound stages and opens in the spring.

As above there are plenty of stories they could make into film and these are some of the big names that could play the parts very well. Including ABC warriors, sinister Dexter, zenith and flesh all being very good as well and strontium dog. I know there are allot more stories that could work but these are my favorites. It would be really nice to hear what you think and other stories you would want to see made into film.I feel that's the best way forward and to get them noticed in cinemas.
