I thought he seemed awfully familiar. That TV movie was a favorite of mine. Though the Thor story and design was just terrible.

Steve Levitt played Thor's alter-ego/conduit, Donald Blake in The Return of the Incredible Hulk TV movie. So when I caught this flick for the first time on Netflix a while back, it was weird to see him basically taking on the Bruce Banner role by transforming from puny pipsqueak to macho muscle man. Unfortunately the movie really drags when he's not on screen, despite the wacky beach comedy elements.
