Someone has already accused her of being Xena: Warrior Princess.

"Magic can happen to you."

So generic.

When they chose her initially, my first thought was "lame". Wonder Woman is supposed to be an Amazonian... large, strong looking.
Not some teenage wafer thin model. But then again, what can you expect from the same people who chose Ben Affleck as Batman? You love this signature.

Without the original look, she's just not Wonder Woman.
And shouldn't she be carrying a lasso? "Magic can happen to you."
I'm not too excited about the colors of her costume but I guess they're doing that with Batman and Superman too. Dark colors, low contrast, and "gritty".
I don't have a problem with her musculature, just compared with previous depictions. Look how skinny Lynda Carter was! She was a little beefier in the classic comics though. |
Wonder Woman should be like 6'2" I think along the lines of Brigitte Nielsen in the 80s but a bit more beefed up. Perhaps with more of a Greek mythology outfit.

I agree with vkimo. That sounds like the perfect description for who should play her.
You love this signature.
I'm just going by history. But I agree that the "Amazon" factor would do well.
GINA CARANO! That's who should have been tapped to play her. I knew I had someone in mind... I just couldn't think of her until I saw that photo shake posted above!
Who better to play her than an actual MMA champ with acting credentials under her belt? You love this signature.
I'd pick her.
"Magic can happen to you."

Gina definitely has the build but her acting leaves something to be desired. She was in one of the recent Fast and Furious movies and all she did was look good. I enjoyed her on American Gladiators, she's a pretty thing.
