Ok who has seen it? I have and honestly I'd say skip it. Without spoilers here is my reasons why.

They wasted 2 villains not small ones either.

The movie feels like it's dragging on longer than it really is.

Gwen and Peter relationship is shown too much

Only saving grace was Electro any scene with him was awesome.

If you have seen it what did you think?

I thought Spiderman 2 from 10 years earlier was exciting, but as long as this one has action I'm willing to watch it.

The Electro scenes were really the only well done ones.

I hope as the "series" progresses, it gets darker in tone like the Harry Potters films.

I grew up reading McFarlane's run on Spider-Man and the Maximum Carnage saga. That is the Spider-Man I know

I wonder if they'll do a Spiderman and his Amazing Friends movie someday.

Probably the least interesting  top tier Marvel character there is in my opinion. He's been overdone. Perhaps he appeals to the younger folks, but for folks hitting their 40's like me, I prefer Tony Stark/Iron Man, Captain America, and the more mature heroes.

I really don't care to see a hero in high school dealing with angst and boyfriend/girlfriend stuff. Perhaps if Marvel Studios were actually involved, this might appeal to me, but we'll have to wait until they get back the license to the character.

Bleh. Bring on GODZILLA!

I'll still watch the later entries because I've always been a spiderman fan. I hope for the same thing. Though if One More day is involved in any way Instant skip.

I'm more hyped for Godzilla than I was for Spiderman

Japanese tweets-

He got fat in America on cola and pizza,” tweeted another. Such comments have been cropping up a lot, with Godzilla referred to as “chubby and cute,” “couch potato Godzilla,” “Supersized,” “Marshmallow-Godzilla,”

Haters gonna hate

People forget that Godzilla was a bit hefty at other times as well. Particularly in "King Kong vs. Godzilla" and "GMK: Giant Monsters All Out Attack"... two of my favorite G movies by the way.

I like my giant monsters with some heft.
