It might put the Fast and Furious saga to shame.

I saw a trailer for this film some time ago, and was befuddled by it. How many people were really clamoring for a "Need For Speed" movie? My guess is... not many. Yet, here it is.

Meanwhile, game properties that are just SCREAMING for the movie treatment, like Halo, Mass Effect, and The Elder Scrolls, go untouched. That's Hollywood for you.

I've seen some good films based on video games, like Silent Hill, Mortal Kombat and Resident Evil. (Even though it's loosely based on the game.) I might give this one a chance.

At least in 2015 we are getting an Assassin's Creed movie.

This is just cashing in on the Fast Furious money machine although, F&F has kind of moved on from being just about street tuners. I personally would like to see a Gears of War movie.
