Articles should be all-new, original works, not previously published elsewhere. There is no limit to the number of submissions that can be entered. Articles must be centered on "spooky, scary, or Halloween related" subject matter. Reviews, writings on the promotion of, manufacture of, distribution and sale of, related merchandise IS permissible. Submissions will be judged, and one Grand Prize winner chosen. Two Reserve Prize winners may also be chosen. Submissions will be judged by Cliff Knueppel of The Holidaze.
