Around 3am Monday, April 19th, the Ingenuity helicopter drone took to the sky, with the cameras on Perseverance capturing the event! This is just a first step, Ingenuity will be much more active as time passes. Exploration on Mars will have a new perspective thanks to Ingenuity.
